RED IS THE NEW MAGIC WORD

Our favorite colours change many times during our life. Mine has changed so many times and I have these color seasons, right now my favorite is green. But as for me I have always have this grate passion for red, like blood red. It has been with me during my childhood but just in these few years it has come back for me and now I can't live with out it. So as for me my new black is red.

Because of my skin color I prefer warm colours and red is perfect for this. I once had this expert doing some test for me and she told me that I have this ivory skin colour. For me it didn't tell much of anything but I searched few things from here and there and I was again little bit wiser. Ivory skin colour is realy pale and shimmery. That is one of those reasons why I don't burn during the summer time ;) Anyhow because of knowing my skin colour it was so much easier to find clothes and colors to fit perfect to me. No I don't even buy clothes or anything like that if the colour dosen't fit.

I have no idea why but red makes everything look so much better and sophisticated. At the same time you can feel very sexy, just because of the colour.

 These are the rings I usually wear every day. Except this huge ring.

As for me I can't live a day with out rings. I am a ring holic! And I buy them all over the.

Last weeks as a ABI at school before X-mas

 X-mas is soon here only 13 days before we can relax and enjoy the peace, eating chocolate and opening the presents. I dont say that I dont like having presents because I LOVE IT, but for past few years I have really enjoyed givin the presents for the loved ones. Now at school we have a costume week and as you have already seen Sam-Sara had this amazing costume ( I so love it, I could stole it ;) ) and I didnt have any costume for that so I was just me. BUUT today we had a ''what will we be in the future'' or ''what we wanted to be when we were children'' and I want to be a fashion designer. So here is my normal look and some tape measure on my head and on my neck.

Because it is our last year, I want that this will be memorable for all of us, and in 10 or 20 years we all will look back and remember these times when we had so much fun.

 And I got little bored and tired at home so I putted my home relax clothes on.

Paper faces on parade

Hello cupcakes!
For those who didn't already know; I'm now studying my last year of senior high school. There are a lot of fun things happening for the last year students and this week we have a dress code for every day. Today's theme was masquerade.

Here you see my eye makeup. I just love having an excuse to wear a heavier makeup than usually!

Of course I can't go through masquerade without red lips!

Finally, here I am with my mask. I bought it years ago from London, but I think you can find masks like this from pretty much every bigger city around the world.

I am very excited about this theme week, because I love dressing up in outfits I wouldn't normally wear. I've always thought that I am so not the kind of girl who wears dresses, but I was wrong. I wore a dress today and guess what? I loved it! So comfortable yet stylish and pretty. I am definitely going to start wearing dresses and skirts more. As soon as I buy some, I own only few dresses and no skirts at all!

Aurora Borealis

Hello!
I've spent almost the entire day doing basically nothing, so I finally had time to actually put effort on my makeup. I didn't have much planned, but I knew I wanted to create look that would remind me of aurora borealis a.k.a northern lights. So I just took some of my makeup and started throwing colors on my eyes. I really like how the look came out!

Now the thing with winter is that the dark comes very early. When I was taking these pictures it was already dark outside and since I don't have good lights anywhere in my apartment, I had to use camera's flash. I usually like photographing my makeup in a natural light, but today it wasn't possible. I had to add a little color saturation to the pictures for you to see the makeup the way it really is. Also the look has some sparkle/shimmer on the lid and in the inner corners but that got completely washed out due to the flash. 

Anyway, I really like this look and I will wear it again some day and then I hope I can give you better pictures! So let me know what you think and happy Friday! I'm gonna head out to celebrate the upcoming Christmas.

Timeless Black

Hello there!
First of all, I am very sorry because of the blackout we had. We have no idea what happened, probably some kind of virus. Okay, then the real topic!
I want to talk about this piece of makeup I purchased today and I am sooooo excited about it!

It is Maybelline's 24hr Color Tattoo in Timeless Black! I haven't actually seen this product in black anywhere in Finland, but today I came across it. I just had to buy it, because I love dark and dramatic eyes. Also I was thinking that it would do a good gel liner, since I don't really love the Maybelline's actual gel liner.

Don't you just love how makeup products look when they are still unused?

Here's what it looks like as an eyeliner. I'm not gonna lie, I did a crappy job with the lining, but I just wanted to quickly try out how the product applies and it really glided on smoothly. Only thing that disappointed me a little was the opacity. The color is very black, sure, but I had to add it quite much before it really made a continuous line. To me that is not a big minus.

I will wear this as an eyeliner the whole day tomorrow and then we'll see how it stays on! I really hope it won't be one those smudgy products.

Everything Ends On Its Own Time

Life has a strange way to work out. When something ends something else starts. Me and Sam were just thinking that only 8 years ago we were two little 10 years old girls. At that time I had no idea what would happen. Now I am at my last year on high school and I'm scared. Scared because something so huge, a big part of my life will end. I do know that something good will come and my life as a artist can begin, still it feels strange.

I have really good friends who are keeping me on the ground. We have the best moments of our life together and I dont want to let them go, nore do I have to. Even tough we will move apart from each other and we will start our lives finally, we will still be best friends. Thats the one I love about friends, they are always there for us.

Life should be full of opportunities for us, those that we could reach for. We should be what we want to be but it is hard because there are so many people for the same competitions. In this 21 century it is hard to be known. Because there are many many others who want the same thing. Still we should try. Now when in just few months my school will end I have to and I want to express my talent. I know it will be hard but that is what I want. And I want you all to do the same. We live here only once, we should take everything of it. Life full and furious life.

Blackout Of Magic

I'm sorry to tell that we had some kind of blackout in our blog few days ago. We didn't have no idea until my friend was posting something for you and she noticed the strange differences. For a while we taught that it would have been only temporary but the the truth came to us. So because of this we lost almost our every posts and something more. We are fixing this as quickly as we can. And post new stuff more often and maybe when we have time and strenght we will rewrite those post that we lost.

Tomorrow in Finland we have our independence day! And I would like to wish every finn happy independence day!
